Title: Rolled-Oat Macaroons

2 1/2tbMelted butter
2 Eggs, separated
2tsBaking powder
1/8tsSalt
1cBrown sugar, packed
2 1/2cRolled oats
1tsVanilla

Combine the butter, sugar, egg yolks, rolled oats, baking powder, and vanilla and beat well. Whip the egg whites until they are stiff and fold them and the salt into the other ingredients. Drop by teaspoonfuls, 3 inches apart, onto a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake 375F for 10 min. Cal: 53, Fat: 1/5g.
